Valuable Features Added To CSIRoad

CSI announces the addition of valuable features to the CSIRoad software suite. "These new features are an essential part of our commitment to meeting customer needs. These enhancements will help our clients work more effectively and save both time and money in managing their transportation and logistics operations," says Fred Nichols, President of CSI.

The new features include:

Paperless Processing
Paperless processing will result in faster invoicing, improved collections and follow-up, and the end to multiple copies of documents. With CSIRoad paperless processing features, scanned documents are quickly grouped by invoice. These invoices and supporting documents are emailed to directly to the customer without time delays and costly postage charges.

Voice Recording
CSI now offers voice recording for situations when shippers and customers (i.e. gas stations) do not have internet access to tender loads. This way, customers can tender loads or provide your company with "keep fill" statistics via voice mail versus paper records. This information can then be imported directly to the CSIRoad database for future use.
