"Our operation consists of approximately 500 company trucks and 1000 owner operators. We have multiple companies and terminals. We move thousands of cars weekly for many different types of customers. CSI applications have allowed us to meet those needs successfully. Order Entry and Dispatcher personnel can quickly enter orders with VIN, make, model and year. They can plan several days ahead and redirect drivers when needed.

Upon delivery the car receipts are scanned and attached to the order in CSIRoad. When we email the freight bill the delivery receipts are automatically attached to the bill. My customer has all the paperwork they need to pay the bill. I have reduced the amount of paper we use and the postage expense. The company drivers and owner operators are paid on a timely basis. Their settlement sheets provide them with detailed information; they know what they were paid for and they receive their payment via direct deposit. These features produced a dedicated staff of drivers and owner operators.
