Some prospective customers request quotes based upon single commodities, while others need one contract to address multiple commodities, and CSI can handle either situation. Additionally, the ease and ability to invoice for material as well as hauling, taxes, and unlimited number of special charges, makes the quote process very informational and easy to process. The quotation process is easy to operate, streamlined, and seamlessly integrated into dispatching. The user has access to all bids; each bid value can be generated automatically from approved rates with override capability; each bid can be emailed to prospect; and activity for each quote is automatically maintained in the database for review, use, and processing.

Order Entry and Dispatcher personnel can quickly enter moves for the day and plan ahead. They have a display of all driver assignments and can easily manipulate those assignments if needed. The ability to redirect drivers and loads will not only save you valuable time, but can and will improve your operations as well as increase revenues.

As our transactions are finalized and the tickets are automatically generated, ticket numbers and weights can be updated through an automatic interface to the scale, or can be manually entered by the user/administrator receiving tickets from driver.

Upon receipt of the ticket, the CSIRoad barcode and scanning features allow us to attach supporting document and images to the ticket transactions. Consequently, paper handling and storage of these important documents are significantly reduced and our personnel can review this information or send it along with the invoice without hesitation.

The CSIRoad application calculates our bills, including additional charges such as fuel surcharges; driver pay with deductions; fuel & mileage, including loaded, unloaded, toll road use, and deadhead. These results are then automatically updated to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger seamlessly.

I know our contract profitability; can review all the documents associated with a ticket or invoice; which drivers & power units are efficient; and can track all invoices, payments, debits, & credits for every customer and every contract.
